The new location marks the relocation and rebranding of the former SmileKeepers Medford Children’s office as Gentle Dental Kids Medford, officially opening on December 18, 2025.

Formerly located at 925 Town Centre Drive, Suite B, the pediatric dental practice has moved to a new, expansive location at 501 Medford Center Drive, Suite A501, Medford, OR 97504. Existing Medford Children’s patients will transition seamlessly to the new Gentle Dental Kids Medford location, with continuity of care and access to the same dedicated, pediatric-focused dental team.
