The East Bell Gentle Dental is conveniently located at the northeast corner of North 7th Street and East Bell Road. Our office is just southwest of Cold Stone Creamery and west of One Stop Nutrition.
By opening at 7 a.m. on Monday through Friday and providing 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday hours, we make it possible for anyone to find time to schedule a dental appointment.
Our highly trained hygienists, dentists, and oral surgeons specialize in periodontics and implant dentistry. We also have extensive experience with dental crowns, bridges, periodontics, orthodontics, dental implants, and dentures, and offer regular checkups and cleanings. We’re committed to your oral health, so we educate every patient about what they can do to improve the condition of their teeth and gums between visits.
We strive to create a relaxing environment for a stress-free dental visit. We also prioritize communication, so we will discuss procedures and options with you to make sure you’re comfortable with your oral health care.

ABOUT ME
Dr. Begotka enjoys making a postive difference in peoples lives, whether it is easing a patients anxiety, taking them out of pain or giving them a new smile. He provides a caring, comfortable and superior dental treatment so that each visit is an outstanding dental experience. He feels Dentistry combines creative artistry with the fundamentals of science and sees every day as an exciting challenge.
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Dr. Begotka received his Dental Degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He was awarded his Endodontic Certificate from Virginia Commonwealth University. He’s a member of the American Association of Endodontists and the American Dental Association. He is the recipient of the Minnesota Academy of Restorative Dentistry Award of Excellence. He also served in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps.
Away from the office, Dr. Begotka likes to get outdoors. He is an avid runner, hiker and biker. He also enjoys golf and tennis.

Dr. Ashraf is excited to be serving the people of his home state of Arizona. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona, he pursued his dental education at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. Subsequently, he completed a residency in periodontics at the same institution earning a Master of Science in Dentistry and a Certificate in Periodontics.
Dr. Ashraf is involved with the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, and Arizona Dental Association. His most recent achievement includes being the recipient of the John F. Prichard award for research involving antimicrobial properties within biomaterials used in clinical practice. His expertise includes treatment of gum disease, implant therapy, bone grafting, and gingival recession.
Even when times are busy, Dr. Ashraf keeps up with his favorite Arizona sports team with one heartbreaking loss after the next. Nonetheless, his optimistic personality allows him to appreciate the positive aspects of life including the patients he meets on a daily basis. Having an interest in their life journey and goals, he aims to provide periodontal care that patient’s can be proud to look back on.

ABOUT ME
Dr. Haghighat says, “The best part of being a dentist is having the ability to make a positive change in someones life by making them feel confident about their smile.”
After graduation from the University of California at Irvine , Dr. Haghighat received his dental degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry. He has received specific training in various bleaching techniques, including General Dentistry, implant restorations and the treatment of medically comprised patients.
He is a member of the Academy of General Dentists and the Arizona Dental Association.
In Dr. Haghighat’s free time he is an avid cyclist and enjoys travel.
