The Prescott Gentle Dental office is conveniently located on Willow Creek Road, across the road from Yavapai Regional Med Center, and just north of the intersection with Iron Springs Road and Whipple Street.
We offer flexible hours with easy scheduling in mind, including weekend and evening hours. We accept most dental insurance plans, and will help you find extended payment plans to make it easier to pay for the treatments you need. For those without insurance, we offer the Gentle Dental Smile Plan. The plan offers reduces fees for almost all dental services, including preventative and diagnostic care.

The Gentle Dental Smile Plan is perfect if you don’t have dental insurance and offers significant savings. The plan has no waiting period, involves no paperwork, and covers all pre-existing conditions.
You can enroll as an individual, couple or family and receive significant discounts on preventative services including exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and x-rays, as well as a host of other dental services. All other services including specialty care such as extractions, root canals, and orthodontics are discounted 20% from our list prices.
The Smile Plan is effective immediately and there are no claim forms to fill out and no maximums. Seniors 62 and older receive additional discounts on enrollment fees and parents can keep children on their family plan until age 26.

ABOUT ME
Dr. Benjamin Wachter is very passionate about each of his patients and provides the highest level of care. He believes that all patients should be treated with respect and integrity and exemplifies his ethics to the highest of standards.
As a child, he wanted to be a doctor when he grew up, but after volunteering with a dentist in Mexico on 9 separate trips, he knew dentistry was the career for him. On those trips, Dr. Wachter was shown what a positive impact you can have as a dentist in the lives of your patients.
After graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management, he earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Hispanic Dental Association and the Special Care Dental Association.
Dr. Wachter is a Native of Arizona. When he’s not practicing dentistry, he enjoys all things outdoors: camping, hiking, driving off-road, mountain biking, kayaking, snowboarding and exploring the Southwest. He is also all about everything Arizona sports, with ASU football being his favorite!
Giving back to the community has always been a priority for Dr. Wachter and every year he is a participant at Special Olympics events providing oral health screenings and a volunteer dentist at the Arizona Mission of Mercy annual event.

ABOUT ME
Dr. Pierse’s priority as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon is to provide patients with the care that they deserve in a comfortable environment. His patients receive personal and very specialized treatment. It’s Dr. Pierse’s philosophy to educate patients prior to conducting any surgical procedure. He treats every patient the way he would want to be treated.
Dr. Pierse received his Master’s Degree in Molecular Biology from Hofstra University in New York. He then obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. Affiliated with Weill Medical Center, Cornell University, he then spent three years at New York Hospital Queens to become a specialist in the field of Prosthodontics. After receiving his certificate, Dr. Pierse then trained at The Brooklyn Hospital Center for an additional four years to earn his certification as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.
Dr. Pierse holds the distinction of being both an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and a Prosthodontist and is one of only several practitioners in the United States with this credential. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American College of Prosthodontists, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American College of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Outside of the practice, he enjoys spending his time with his wife Heather, and three children Joseph, Ella and Rocco. The family enjoys off-roading, camping and hiking.
