Dr. Pootrakul is committed to the highest quality dental care. As an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon he appreciates his role in providing pain relief to his patients through often complex surgical procedures. He applies a caring, detail-oriented approach to each patient’s case, taking time to solve their dental issues effectively, and thoughtfully provides treatment options that are specifically designed around each patient’s needs.
Patients that have had traumatic dental visits in the past at other offices, are pleasantly surprised with his kind manner and gentle approach to Oral and Maxillofacial surgery. Whether you are having a simple extraction or all four wisdom teeth removed under sedation you will feel more like you are at a spa then a dental office. His scope of practice ranges from extractions to full facial reconstruction. His education and surgery training allow him to handle the most complex medical and dental cases without the need to go to a hospital.
After graduating from St John’s University, Dr. Pootrakul earned his D.D.S. from the SUNY Buffalo School of Dentistry. He received his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery training from the Westchester Medical Center. He also speaks Spanish and Farsi.
Away from the office, Dr. Pootrakul likes spending time with his wife and son. He enjoys relaxing with exercise and is a classic car enthusiast.

ABOUT ME
Dr. Liu says, “ I find dentistry rewarding because it gives me the opportunity to build relationships with patients and bring back their smile and confidence.”
“As a kid, I had a lot of cavities and one time I chipped my two front teeth when I fell on my face by the playground. The intense pain not only prevented me from eating and drinking my favorite foods, but also made me hide my smile from friends at school. Thankfully, my parents were dentists, and they relieved my pain and restored my smile.“
“That experience inspired me to become someone who could have that same impact on others’ lives. As I grew up, I discovered my growing passion for dentistry and decided to follow my parents’ footsteps. Dentistry is a unique discipline that combines the principles of medicine, science, engineering, and art. It is both a challenging and fun profession because it requires one to have well-rounded knowledge and synthesize ideas from diverse fields to formulate a comprehensive treatment plan and skillfully execute it.”

Dr. Ghiai loves her profession because it gives her the opportunity to interact with so many people on a daily basis. After graduating from California State University at Northridge with a degree in Molecular & Cellular Biology, Dr. Ghiai received her Dental Degree from the UCLA Dental School. She was awarded her Endodontics Certificate from USC Dental School.

Dr. Galgano goal is to provide a caring, comfortable and superior dental treatment so that each visit is an outstanding dental experience. He feels Dentistry combines creative artistry with the fundamentals of science and sees every day is an exciting challenge.
He has been practicing orthodontics exclusively for 25 years. He attended Washington State University, where he graduated Cum Laude and received his B.S. degree in Biology. He then attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI, where he received his D.D.S. degree and later the University of Pennsylvania, where he completed his residency in Orthodontics.
Dr. Galgano is committed to his profession and attends several continuing education courses throughout the year. He enjoys all aspects of orthodontics including research, new technologies and product development. He is a Certified Invisalign Provider and is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, The California Dental Association and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists.
In his spare time, Dr. Galgano likes to play golf, travel and spend time with his wife and two sons.

Freindly Dr. Ahdout is a dentist on a mission. Because of the effect dentistry has on peoples overall health, Dr. Ahdout feels his greatest task as a Periodontist is to help restore teeth to optimal health and thereby promote a pain-free and infection-free life. It’s an added satisfaction for him to witness the improvement of his patients’ self-esteem as their course of treatments progress and their smile and well being improves.
After graduating from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Dr. Ahdout received his Dental Degree from the famous University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He has more than two decades of clinical experience and keeps abreast of cutting edge technology. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the California Dental Association. He speaks Persian also!
In his free time, Dr. Ahdout relaxes by enjoying the cinema and sports.
