We keep flexible office hours to help you fit dental care into your busy schedule. Our office accepts most types of dental insurance. Patients without insurance can sign up for the Gentle Dental Smile Plan, which provides reduced rates for virtually all dental treatments.
Our friendly, compassionate dental staff provide personalized general dentistry to patients of all ages, with pediatric dentistry services available for infants and children. We offer a range of specialized services, including orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery. About Me
Dr. Peterson was drawn to dentistry by the fun memories of his own dentist. After studying both Medical Technology and Microbiology at Idaho State University for his Bachelor’s degree, Dr. Peterson earned his D.D.S. degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry, in Indianapolis. He is pleased to work with the Gentle Dental team in Las Vegas. Although he focuses his practice on General Dentistry, he most enjoys the opportunity to perform Endodontic and Cosmetic Dentistry for his patients.
In his free time, Dr. Peterson’s personal hobbies include basketball and spending time in the outdoors.

ABOUT ME
Dr. Somerville says, “A successful doctor-patient relationship requires honesty, compassion and trust. The experience you have will therefore be centered on open communication and recommending the treatment option that is in your best interest.”
Dr. Somerville graduated from California Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Science. He then completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the Ostrow School of Dentistry of the University of Southern California. After graduating dental school at USC, he earned an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) certificate at Lutheran Medical Center. Dr. Somerville then returned to USC where he completed a residency in Periodontology as well as a Master of Science in Craniofacial Biology.
Dr. Somerville says, “My many interests include surfing, snow skiing, music, and exploring new countries.”

ABOUT ME
Dr. Guirguis says, “I am committed to providing you with a unique orthodontic treatment plan to provide the best care possible. My goal is to deliver the highest quality of treatment while building genuine relationships with each of my orthodontic patients.”
“The best part of being an orthodontist is having the ability to improve someone’s smile and seeing the positive impact that can have on their life. I get to work with people, I get to use my hands; it’s a combination of science and art that I love!”.
After graduating from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Dr. Guirguis received his Dental Degree from the School of Dental Medicine at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He completed his Orthodontics training at the Arthur Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a American Association of Orthodontists. He also speaks Arabic and Spanish.
Away from the office, Dr. Guirguis relaxes with his wife and children. They love getting outdoors and traveling together.
