At Gentle Dental Sparks, our calm atmosphere will allow you and your children to relax before and during procedures, and our attentive and gentle team will make sure you feel safe and cared for. Our team provides a variety of general family dentistry services in one convenient location, including routine exams, cleanings, and dental work for children and adults of all ages.
Using new technology and the latest techniques, we also offer oral surgery, root canals, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and much more. This includes durable veneers and whitening treatments, as well as traditional orthodontics and Invisalign clear aligners to straighten your teeth.
To accommodate your busy schedule, our office has extended hours on Saturdays and evenings, allowing you to plan your dental procedures around your schedule. To maximize your affordability, we also accept nearly all dental insurance plans and offer options for those without dental coverage, including the Dedicated Dental Plan, which lowers the cost of many procedures by 20 percent or more.

About Me
With over ten years of practice in Periodontics, Dr. Bobby Soleiman takes great pride in his work as a dental specialist. He consistently strives for perfection and never compromises on the care taken and delivered to his patients. Because each patient has individual needs, he makes sure to provide tailor-made solutions and education. Dr. Soleiman also complements his treatments with multiple forms of sedation – such as Oral, Nitrous Oxide, and IV Sedation – to make his patients’ visits as painless and comfortable as possible.
Dr. Soleiman received his D.D.S. degree from the University of the Pacific Dugoni School of Dentistry. He went on to focus his skill set on his chosen specialty through the Advanced Education in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry program at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. During his studies, his academic work garnered him induction into the Tau Kappa Omega and Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Societies. He was also selected as the recipient of the American Academy of Periodontology Award for Outstanding Achievement in Periodontists.
Currently, Dr. Soleiman remains active with his peers through his membership to professional organizations such as the California Periodontal Society and the American Dental Association. Outside of his practice, he enjoys basketball, working out, watching movies, and camping with his family. He and his wife have three children.

Dr. Hock specializes in Dentoalveolar Surgery and Pre-prosthetic Surgery. He says, “I treat every patient with the same quality of care as I provide to my family. It is my goal that you have a comfortable and pleasant experience during your visit with me.”
Dr. Hock revieved his Dental Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and completed his Oral Surgery Residency from the Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Meet Dr. Dave Len Smith, a dedicated Orthodontist practicing at GD Reno NW and GD Reno South. A graduate of BYU with a major in Zoology in 1985, he furthered his education at UCLA, earning his D.D.D. in 1989. Dr. Smith’s specialization in Orthodontics was pursued at Baylor, where he graduated in 1991.
With a passion for making smiles straight, Dr. Smith finds joy in his profession, particularly working closely with patients to achieve optimal orthodontic outcomes. Beyond his expertise in the field, he enjoys card collecting and sports.

Dr. Jeffrey Askins, D.D.S., M.S., is an accomplished orthodontist deeply committed to delivering exceptional patient care. He practices in three convenient locations: GD Sparks, GD Reno South, and GD Reno Northwest, specializing in Orthodontics.
Dr. Askins commenced his dental journey at the University of Nevada, Reno, earning his Bachelor of Science in 1994. Following this, he obtained his D.D.S. from Creighton University in 2003. Furthering his education at Temple University, he earned a Master of Science in Oral Biology and a Certificate in Orthodontics in 2005.
A distinguished member of the dental community, Dr. Askins is affiliated with the American Association of Orthodontics and holds the esteemed title of Diplomate with the American Board of Orthodontics.
