The Courtyard Plaza Gentle Dental is conveniently located on Northwest Expressway in Oklahoma City between MacArthur and Reno.
Our office is open from 8 a.m. to 5pm on Monday through Friday. We also offer Saturday hours by appointment. We accept almost all major dental insurance plans, and for those without coverage we offer reduced-cost payment plan in office with our Dedicated Dental plan. With a variety of payment options, quality dentistry becomes accessible to everyone.
We offer all of the dentistry services you need under one roof, including general family dentistry, orthodontics and oral surgery. Additional services of teeth whitening and cleanings can be scheduled with our wonderful hygiene team at a time that fits your schedule. Our staff is dedicated to excellent customer service and customizes each patient’s care to their desired treatment. We provide same-day treatment for most procedures. The Gentle Dental Smile Plan is perfect if you don’t have dental insurance and offers significant savings. The plan has no waiting period, involves no paperwork, and covers all pre-existing conditions.
You can enroll as an individual, couple or family and receive significant discounts on preventative services including exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and x-rays, as well as a host of other dental services. All other services including specialty care such as extractions, root canals, and orthodontics are discounted 20% from our list prices.
The Smile Plan is effective immediately and there are no claim forms to fill out and no maximums. Seniors 62 and older receive additional discounts on enrollment fees and parents can keep children on their family plan until age 26.

Dr. Rios enjoys working with the latest orthodontic techniques that can make orthodontic treatment gentler and sometimes even reduce the time needed. Dr. Rios understands how uneasy some patients may feel about their dental visits, and how she can make a difference in providing a relaxing and positive experience.
Dr. Rios is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She completed her Orthodontic Residency Program at New York City’s Montefiore Medical Center.
She is an active member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontics.
In her free time, Dr. Rios likes to stay fit by working out. She also enjoys road trips.

ABOUT ME
Dr. Mostofi says, “My goal is to make you as comfortable as possible while helping address your main concern. The best part of my profession is giving my patients the beautiful smiles they deserve!”
After graduating from the University of California at Davis, Dr. Mostofi received his Dental Degree from the Western University of Health Sciences, College of Dental Medicine. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry. He also speaks Farsi.
Dr. Mostofi says, “ I used to be a DJ, which was a big passion of mine before graduate school started. I enjoy many different types of music and love traveling.”

About MeDr. Montgomery says, “I enjoy interacting with my patients and team while at the clinic. Dr. Montgomery also specializes in cosmetic facial esthetics with the use of Botox and Dermal fillers. Dr. Montgomery says, “I grew up in Eufaula which is a small town in south eastern Oklahoma. I was the youngest of 10 children. At a young age I already had a interest in teeth!” After graduating from the University of Oklahoma, Dr. Montgomery received his Dental Degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. He’s a member of the American Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Association and the Tulsa County Dental Society. He performs Forensic Odontology for the State of Oklahoma Medical Examiners Office and is also on the medical staff at two hospitals in Tulsa. Dr. Koticha says, “My goal as a periodontist is to improve my patients’ quality of life by saving the teeth they have or giving them new teeth, when needed. I want each one to be able to smile with confidence.”
“My first experience with dentistry was watching my mom, who is a dentist, work with her patients. It provides the perfect balance between working with people and working with your hands. Being able to help patients save their teeth or help replace lost teeth with the ultimate goal of restoring function is very fulfilling. I will go out of my way to ensure patients get all the information they need and want about their problems and the recommended treatment. No question is too small!”
Dr. Koticha is Board Certified in Periodontics and Dental Implants. He earned his dental degree from the University of Mumbai and his master’s degree in Prosthodontics from the National University of Singapore Dr. Koticha completed his training in Periodontics at the University of Michigan. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology and the International Team for Implantology and has been published in numerous professional journals. He is Director of Graduate Periodontics at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He also speaks Hindi and Gujarati.

ABOUT ME
For Dr. Dao-Vandenberg, patient care is her first concern and she appreciates how the teamwork at Gentle Dental allows her to concentrate on helping her patients develop comfortable and confident smiles as she nurtures trusting relationships with them. She realizes that your oral health has a profound impact on your overall well-being.
After graduating from Oklahoma University, Dr. Dao-Vandenberg received her Dental Degree from the Oklahoma University College of Dentistry. She also completed the post graduate “Advanced Education in General Dentistry” coursework.
Dr. Dao-Vandenberg immigrated to the USA from from Vietnam in 1975, when she was just 7 years old. She has been an Oklahoman for over 30 years. She and her husband Mark–who also a dentist–have 2 wonderful children: son Kyle and daughter Kaylee.
