The Gentle Dental Smile Plan is perfect if you don’t have dental insurance and offers significant savings. The plan has no waiting period, involves no paperwork, and covers all pre-existing conditions.
You can enroll as an individual, couple or family and receive significant discounts on preventative services including exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and x-rays, as well as a host of other dental services. All other services including specialty care such as extractions, root canals, and orthodontics are discounted 20% from our list prices.
The Smile Plan is effective immediately and there are no claim forms to fill out and no maximums. Seniors 62 and older receive additional discounts on enrollment fees and parents can keep children on their family plan until age 26.

ABOUT ME
Dr. Fakhravar loves his profession and feels very blessed to have a career that allows him to improve his patients’ health, confidence, and self-esteem. He encourages his patients to be involved in their treatment in order to achieve the best results possible, and is always open to questions and attentive to each patient’s needs.
A native Oregonian, Dr. Fakhravar graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Portland State University. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, his specialty certificate in Periodontics along with a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry, in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Fakhravar has served as Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontology at the Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry. He is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Board of Periodontology and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. In addition, he is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. This distinction signifies he is a Board Certified Periodontist who has made significant achievements beyond the mandatory education requirements of the specialty.
Dr. Fakhravar enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle by going to the gym, playing basketball and tennis. He also enjoys traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

After graduating from Southern Illinois University, Dr. Olson received her Dental Degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. She’s a member of the American Association of Women Dentists.
Dr. Olson says, “I have always been someone who puts other people’s needs first. I believe that it is important to build patient’s trust with transparency and genuine interest. I grew up learning how to problem solve and use my hands to fix things through my father, and I learned how to treat people with empathy and kindness through my mother. I knew I wanted a career that would allow me to utilize my love for craftsmanship, creativity, and caring for other people and dentistry gave me just that!”
Dr. Olson says, “In my free time I enjoy spending quality time with loved ones. I also enjoy art, traveling, hiking, and all things water. I grew up fishing in Minnesota during the summers and I feel most happy when I’m around water. Moving to the northwest has been the best new chapter!”

After graduating from the University of California at Riverside, Dr. Hamidi received her Dental Degree from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and her Oral & Maxillofacial Training from the Madigan Army Medical Center in Washington state while serving in the US Army.
Dr. Hamidi is a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

ABOUT ME
Dr. Kim says, “I was attracted to dentistry because I like using my hands, designing something, and meeting new people. It is very rewarding when I design someone’s smile with my orthodontic expertise and see that the patient is happy with the results. I enjoy that I get to meet new people from different backgrounds every day. I also like the fact that I can build long-term relationships with patients as an orthodontist.” Dr. Kim is a board-certified orthodontist.
Dr. Kim received her Dental Degree and specialty certificate in Orthodontics from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. She is an Immediate Past President of the Oregon State Society of Orthodontists and a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists and the Oregon Dental Association amongst many others. Dr. Kim has served as the Predoctoral Program Director of Orthodontics at OHSU School of Dentistry. Dr. Kim never stops learning. She earned a M.S. degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Portland State University. Dr. Kim says, “I am a self-claimed “technical nerd”. I am very passionate about learning about new technologies in orthodontics.” Dr. Kim is a certified Invisalign® provider. She completed the Invisalign® Orthodontic Master Program and the Aligner Intensive Fellowship. She also speaks Korean.
Dr. Kim says, “Away from the office, I like doing yoga. I have been doing yoga for almost 20 years now! I was introduced to mediation and mindfulness a couple of years ago and try to incorporate these into my daily life. I also like making videos! Whenever there are things to celebrate, I would make videos to celebrate and have fun.”
