The Gentle Dental Smile Plan is perfect if you don’t have dental insurance and offers significant savings. The plan has no waiting period, involves no paperwork, and covers all pre-existing conditions.
You can enroll as an individual, couple or family and receive significant discounts on preventative services including exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and x-rays, as well as a host of other dental services. All other services including specialty care such as extractions, root canals, and orthodontics are discounted 20% from our list prices.
The Smile Plan is effective immediately and there are no claim forms to fill out and no maximums. Seniors 62 and older receive additional discounts on enrollment fees and parents can keep children on their family plan until age 26.

ABOUT ME
Dr. Gu is committed to putting his patients first and providing both the best patient experience and clinical care.
After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Dr. Gu received her Dental Degree from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He completed his Orthodontics training at the University of Washington School of Dentistry.
When he’s not working on giving patients a reason to smile, he loves finding new ways to combine his love for photography and traveling. He lives with his wife, who is a military dentist proudly serving the United States Air Force, and their two adopted shelter cats, Merona and Beckham.

ABOUT ME
As an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon Dr. Erickson appreciates her role in providing pain relief to her patients through often complex surgical procedures. She says “I enjoy being able to heal people through both science and art by providing definitive surgical treatments which solve complicated and sometimes painful problems.” She applies a caring, detail-oriented approach to each patient’s case, taking time to solve their dental issues effectively, and thoughtfully provides treatment options that are specifically designed around each clients needs.
After graduating from New Mexico State University, Dr. Erickson received her Dental Degree from the Oregon Health & Science University and her Medical Degree from the Eastern Virginia Medical School.
She is a member of the American Association Of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the National Dental Board of Anesthesia, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Oregon Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association and the Oregon Dental Association.
Dr. Erickson says, “In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and exotic food. I enjoy swimming, surfing and snow skiing.” Dr. Erickson is also a Retired US Navy Veteran.

Dr. Blakley enjoys making a difference in peoples lives and improving their well-being by changing their smile. After graduating from Oregon State University, Dr. Blakley received his Dental Degree from the OHSU School of Dentistry. To keep up with evolving technology, he’s a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also a co-founder of Kiddazzel, which offers free dentistry for children.
Away from the office, Dr. Blakley likes playing both the trumpet and piano. He also likes to get outdoors. He says, “I enjoy just about all sports, especially golf, running, cycling and swimming.”
