Our skilled team of dentists provide gentle, compassionate, and personalized family dentistry for patients of all ages, including children’s and teen dentistry. The Gentle Dental Smile Plan is perfect if you don’t have dental insurance and offers significant savings. The plan has no waiting period, involves no paperwork, and covers all pre-existing conditions.
You can enroll as an individual, couple or family and receive significant discounts on preventative services including exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and x-rays, as well as a host of other dental services. All other services including specialty care such as extractions, root canals, and orthodontics are discounted 20% from our list prices.
The Smile Plan is effective immediately and there are no claim forms to fill out and no maximums. Seniors 62 and older receive additional discounts on enrollment fees and parents can keep children on their family plan until age 26.

Dr. Cooper is passionate about being an Orthodontist. After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of California at San Diego, (where he also became an avid surfer,) Dr. Cooper received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from the Boston University School of Dental Medicine. He completed his Orthodontic training and Master of Science degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Cooper and his amazing wife have 3 children. They love calling the Willamette Valley their home. In his free time, he loves hiking and adventuring with his wife, mountain biking with his teenagers and competing in triathlons with his friends.

ABOUT ME
Dr. Means says, “I was first drawn to the healthcare field before before I had even entered high school-leaning toward dentistry in college after shadowing my hometown dentist.”
She feels that building a foundation of trust by treating her patients as special individuals is vital. She understands how uneasy some patients may feel about their dental visits, and how she can make a difference in providing a relaxing and positive experience.
Dr. Means received her Dental Degree from the Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry. To keep up with evolving technology, she’s a member of the American Dental Association and the Oregon Dental Association.
Away from the office, Dr. Means enjoys spending time with her with close family. She also enjoys playing with her nephews and watching them grow.

Dr. Makkattil understands that the key to extraordinary dental care is developing lasting relationships based on mutual trust. He believes that patients should be comfortable and well informed which is why encourages his patients to be involved in their treatment in order to achieve the best results possible.
He received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Pune. He went on to complete three-year post graduation program in Prosthodontics from the University of Kerala and received his M.D.S. He also was awarded his M.S.D. in Periodontics and Implantology from the Indiana University School of Dentistry. He is Oregon State Board certified Periodontist who practices Periodontics and Implantology exclusively.
Dr. Makkattil hails from beautiful part of South India. He and his wife, Dr.Sheethu Sadasivan, are blessed with two wonderful kids: daughter Meenakshi and son Devajith. He enjoys playing sports like cricket, tennis, soccer and traveling with family.
