The Mill Creek Gentle Dental is located on Main Street, next to Bothell Everett Highway and Central Market.
We offer early morning, evening and Saturday appointments for your convenience, and we accept most forms of dental insurance. For patients without insurance, we offer the Gentle Dental Smile Plan, which provides patients with reduced rates on most dental procedures, including preventative and diagnostic services.
Our friendly, knowledgeable dental staff offer family dentistry in a relaxed environment and will make your appointment as gentle and stress-free as possible. We serve patients of all ages, including infants and children, and offer a range of specialized dental services, including orthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and emergency dentistry. About Me
Dr. Pristera’s treatment philosophy is focused on creating and maintaining beautiful smiles that improve the overall health and well-being of his patients throughout their lives.
His advanced specialized training, combined with years of experience in practice has provided Dr. Pristera with the expertise necessary to manage even the most difficult cases.
After graduating from Binghamton University, Dr. Pristera received his Dental Degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. He graduated first in his class. He received his Endodontic Certificate from the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.
To keep abreast of cutting edge technology, he’s a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Endodontics and the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Aravind Buddula’s father, a pediatric surgeon, served as his initial inspiration and played a key role in shaping his career. He loves treating his patients and giving them the gentle care they need for great oral health. Delivering periodontal services at multiple Gentle Dental offices throughout the Seattle region, he brings a wide range of knowledge and experience to each patient’s care.
His love for his profession is reflected in his achievements. While studying Dentistry at a top dental school in his home country of India, Dr. Buddula received an award from the International College of Dentists for achieving the highest marks in Prosthodontics. He furthered his education with a Masters of Dental Surgery in Periodontics from the College of Dental Surgery in Manipal, India. He went on to pursue a Certificate in Public Health at the Oklahoma University of Health Sciences in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He then attained his D.M.D degree at Tufts School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Buddula made the Dean’s Honor Roll for his exemplary performance on the National Dental Board examination, and was selected by the world-renowned Mayo Clinic to complete his Fellowship in Periodontology and Masters in Biomedical Sciences. His work there earned him the Dental Student Award for outstanding achievements from the American Academy of Periodontology. Especially interested in implant surgery, he has multiple articles on this topic in international, peer-reviewed journals, and his papers have been accepted for presentations at various national and international conferences. He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology and American Dental Association.
Recognizing that patient care and understanding are the essence of any health profession, Dr.Buddula has genuine love and concern for his patients. This fact was acknowledged when he was placed among the best periodontists in patient care at the Mayo Clinic, based exclusively upon the positive patient feedback he received.
In his spare time, Dr.Buddula enjoys watching movies and playing cricket. He is fluent in English, Telugu and Hindi.

Dr. Hu says, “The best thing about being a dentist is being able to markedly improve an individual’s smile and oral functioning with just a few hours of my time! After graduating from UC San Diego, Dr. Hu received his Dental Degree from the UC San Francisco School of Dentistry. To keep abreast of cutting edge technology, he’s a member of the American Dental Association and the Washington State Dental Association. He also speaks Mandarin Chinese.
Away from the office, Dr. Hu enjoys cooking, drawing, painting and exotic travel.

About Me
Dr. Amini’s philosophy is to provide outstanding care while working with his patients to establish a comprehensive treatment plan. As a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon he appreciates his role in providing pain relief to his patients through often complex surgical procedures. He believes strongly in communicating with his dental colleagues to coordinate optimal care for his patients.
Dr. Amini has a special interest in dental implants, bone grafting, and wisdom teeth extractions. He received his D.D.S. from Tehran University and practiced as a general dentist in Iran for four years. After moving to America, he graduated from the Boston University School of Dental Medicine and was awarded his D.M.D. Dr. Amini then pursued his passion for surgery at Drexel University where he later received his M.D. Upon completion of a two year General Surgery residency, he continued his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency training at Allegheny General Hospital.
After fourteen years of post-graduate training, Dr. Amini moved to Washington State to practice the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He’s a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons among many others. Away from his practice, Dr. Amini enjoys skiing, tennis, and relaxing with his family.

After graduating from the University of California at Irvine, Dr. Liebhaber received her Dental Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry and completed her Residency at the University of Washington. She was awarded a Delta Dental Hispanic Initiative Scholarship and is a member of the American Dental Association and the Washington Dental Association. She also speaks Spanish.
Dr. Liebhaber says, “I like to cook and try new recipes, camp and hike, read all genres of books, go on road trips, explore new cities and countries and learn about different cultures. I was born in Costa Rica and moved to the Los Angeles area at a young age. I am happy I now get to call the Pacific Northwest my home!”

ABOUT ME
Dr. Xu (Sue) Qian is a Board-Certified orthodontist and a Diplomate of American Board of Orthodontics. She earned her DDS and completed her orthodontic residency with a MS at West China School of Dentistry, Sichuan University. Then she completed a PhD in Oral Health Sciences at School of Dentistry, University of Michigan. She completed her second residency with a specialty certificate in Orthodontics at UCLA School of Dentistry.
Dr. Qian has started practicing orthodontics since 2008. She is highly experienced in orthodontic practicing, teaching, and research. She was a full-time faculty teaching orthodontic residents and treating patients at Tufts University, Boston before relocating to Seattle with her husband who is a software engineer and their two young kids. Currently, in addition to practicing orthodontics, she continues remote teaching the orthodontic residents as a clinical associate professor. Dr. Qian provides treatment with both braces and clear aligners. She is a credentialed Invisalign provider.
Dr. Qian decided to become an orthodontist when she was in middle school because of the awesome experience she had with her orthodontist. She is ecstatic to provide the same memorable experiences for all her patients and maybe inspire them to join the field as well! Dr. Qian says, “I love working together with my patients to provide them with an optimal individualized treatment. Creating beautiful, healthy and confident smiles for my patients means everything to me.”
Away from the office, Dr. Qian enjoys hiking, cooking and spending time with her family.
