Using the latest technologies and techniques, we can provide high-quality dental care for all your needs, including general dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, dental implants, and cosmetic treatments. Pediatric dentistry is available for infants and children, and we promise to make your child’s first encounters with the dentist as positive an experience as possible. Emergency treatments are available on an as-needed basis.
For your convenience, our office has a flexible appointment schedule, with walk-in appointments as well as weekend and evening hours. We accept most dental insurance and can help patients secure no-interest payment plans for procedures not covered by insurance. Patients without insurance can take advantage of the Gentle Dental Smile plan, which provides dental treatments at reduced rates to make treatment affordable.

Our office is wheelchair-accessible and we have Spanish-speaking staff. We can also provide translators for deaf and hearing-impaired patients on request. ABOUT ME
Dr. Fakhravar loves his profession and feels very blessed to have a career that allows him to improve his patients’ health, confidence, and self-esteem. He encourages his patients to be involved in their treatment in order to achieve the best results possible, and is always open to questions and attentive to each patient’s needs.
A native Oregonian, Dr. Fakhravar graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Portland State University. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, his specialty certificate in Periodontics along with a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry, in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Fakhravar has served as Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontology at the Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry. He is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Board of Periodontology and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. In addition, he is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. This distinction signifies he is a Board Certified Periodontist who has made significant achievements beyond the mandatory education requirements of the specialty.
Dr. Fakhravar enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle by going to the gym, playing basketball and tennis. He also enjoys traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Nordahl says, “I really like teeth. Having a nice smile is essential to feeling good about yourself. I like helping people feel good about themselves. I also like helping people enjoy their food.”
“I am committed to excellence. This means that I must continually learn to improve the quality of the care I give. I treat my patients like I want to be treated. I don’t want my dentist to hurt me. I don’t want to hurt you.”
After graduating with a Nursing degree from Washington State University, Dr. Nordahl received her D.M.D. from the OHSU School of Dentistry. To keep up with evolving technology, she’s a member of the American Dental Association and the Washington State Dental Association. She is a Vancouver native.
Dr. Nordahl says, “I am a hobby farmer and gardener. Its amazing that everything that grows starts from a tiny seed. I enjoy cooking and baking for my family and friends. I entertain myself with reading.”

ABOUT ME
Dr. Zheng says, “I love working with my patients to create beautiful smiles and optimal oral health. I cherish the relationships that I’m able to build with patients and their families.”
Dr. Zheng passionate about dentistry and improving the oral health of his patients. He understands the importance of educating each patient about their oral health and walking them through their individualized treatment plan.
“I was raised in China”, Dr. Zheng says. “After graduating from dental school in Shanghai, I entered into a busy general dentistry private practice two years. During that period, I realized that that I had a passion for Orthodontics, so I traveled to Japan for a four-year Orthodontics/PhD program. After receiving my PhD degree, I worked as a postdoctoral researcher in Japan for another two years, followed by eight years in University of Michigan School of Dentistry. After a highly competitive one-year internship, I was then accepted into The Ohio State University Orthodontic Residency Program where I earned my certificate in Orthodontics and Master’s degree.” Dr. Zheng is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists
also speaks fluent Chinese and Japanese.
Dr. Zheng says, “In my free time I love watching professional football, playing soccer and fishing throughout the beautiful Pacific Northwest”.

Dr. Hamidi says, “My goal is to make my patients feel comfortable while focusing on giving them great oral health. I keep abreast of the latest knowledge in the specialty of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. I am committed to treat each and every patient with utmost compassion and respect.”
After graduating from the University of California at Riverside, Dr. Hamidi received her Dental Degree from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and her Oral & Maxillofacial Training from the Madigan Army Medical Center in Washington state while serving in the US Army.
Dr. Hamidi is a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Hamidi says, “Away from the office, Dr. Hamidi likes golfing, hiking and cycling. I am deeply involved in charities involving third world countries and always have a special place in my heart for the men and woman in uniform.”
