COVID-19 March 18 Update: Modified Hours & Services

Gentle Dental

Dear Valued Patient,

Our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients, families, staff and community. In this unprecedented time, we are deeply committed to keeping everyone safe while still providing access to care.

The American Dental Association recently suggested that dental practices focus on providing urgent and emergency dental care to patients in an effort to alleviate the burden that dental emergencies would place on hospital emergency departments.  We want to be part of the solution.

In light of the recommendation and out of an abundance of caution, we are limiting patient visits to only those who have urgent or emergent dental needs. This can include, but is not limited to:

  • completion of crowns/bridges/partials where a temporary has already been placed
  • tooth aches/pain
  • swollen and painful gums
  • bleeding and/or swelling
  • loose tooth or teeth
  • loose or broken fillings
  • denture issues
  • broken or irritating ortho appliances

With this in mind, if your upcoming appointment is an urgent/emergent need, please call us to discuss your visit as soon as possible. If your appointment is for non-urgent care, we will be in contact with you to reschedule your appointment for a later date.

Again, please understand that we are making this decision with the health and well-being of our patients, our families, our team and our community in mind. Thank you for your patience and understanding. You can find additional information about our policies and protective measures here and please call us if you have further questions. You can find your office’s contact information here  or call 1-800-900-7923.

We wish all of you continued health and strength during this challenging time.

Thank you,

The Gentle Dental Team
