The Rio Vista Gentle Dental is conveniently located at the northeast corner of North 83rd Avenue and West Ludlow Drive. Our office is north of the Arizona Gastroenterology and Liver Clinic, PC.
We open at 7 a.m. on Monday through Friday so you can schedule your dental appointments or consultations before work or school. We offer many ways to pay for the dental procedures you need. We accept nearly all major dental insurance plans, allow payment plans for many services, and offer a Dedicated Dental Plan that reduces costs by 20 percent or more on most procedures.
We specialize in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, orthodontics, dentures, and prosthetic dentistry (prosthodontics), which restores or reconstructs missing teeth, missing parts of teeth, jaws, and palates. We also offer regular checkups, biannual exams, general family dentistry, and emergency dental services.

The Gentle Dental Smile Plan is perfect if you don’t have dental insurance and offers significant savings. The plan has no waiting period, involves no paperwork, and covers all pre-existing conditions.
You can enroll as an individual, couple or family and receive significant discounts on preventative services including exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and x-rays, as well as a host of other dental services. All other services including specialty care such as extractions, root canals, and orthodontics are discounted 20% from our list prices.
The Smile Plan is effective immediately and there are no claim forms to fill out and no maximums. Seniors 62 and older receive additional discounts on enrollment fees and parents can keep children on their family plan until age 26.

ABOUT ME
Dr. Larkin says, “Growing up watching my father work as a general dentist and be a leader in the community was what initially drew me to dentistry. The more I realized that he could make a difference in other people’s lives while also being present for our biggest moments, the more I knew it is what I wanted to spend my life doing!”
“I am so excited to be able to give back to the Valley where my dental career began. My goal is to approach treatment with patient concerns in mind, but most importantly, in a manner that is collaborative, comprehensive, and focused on the long-term benefit of their oral health.”
After graduating from University of Kansas, Dr. Lakrin received both his Dental Degree and his Master of Public Health degree from the A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Arizona Dental Association. He is also fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Larkin says, “My fiancee and I are very active people, so anything to get outside! Specifically hiking, paddle boarding, golf and tennis will get us moving. I also have a passion for landscape photography, and the desert is a wonderful canvas from which to create.”

Dr. Ashraf is excited to be serving the people of his home state of Arizona. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona, he pursued his dental education at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. Subsequently, he completed a residency in periodontics at the same institution earning a Master of Science in Dentistry and a Certificate in Periodontics.
Dr. Ashraf is involved with the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, and Arizona Dental Association. His most recent achievement includes being the recipient of the John F. Prichard award for research involving antimicrobial properties within biomaterials used in clinical practice. His expertise includes treatment of gum disease, implant therapy, bone grafting, and gingival recession.
Even when times are busy, Dr. Ashraf keeps up with his favorite Arizona sports team with one heartbreaking loss after the next. Nonetheless, his optimistic personality allows him to appreciate the positive aspects of life including the patients he meets on a daily basis. Having an interest in their life journey and goals, he aims to provide periodontal care that patient’s can be proud to look back on.

ABOUT ME
Dr. Lingenbrink says, “I love what I do and enjoy coming to work each day to see how I can best help my patients improve their smile and their bite! I always wanted to be an orthodontist ever since I was 14 years old. It always looked like a rewarding profession that helps people improve their smile and self-esteem.”
After graduating from Brigham Young University, Dr. Lingenbrink received his Dental Degree from the University of Washington School of Dentistry and completed his Orthodontic training at the University of Connecticut School of Dentistry. He’s a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association and the Arizona Dental Association. He also speaks Spanish.
Dr. Lingenbrink says, “I enjoy playing tennis, pickle ball, snow skiing and water skiing. I’m a big fan of a variety of many major sports including baseball, football, basketball, soccer.”
