Patients are automatically subscribed to this service by providing their mobile telephone number and can opt-out at any time as instructed below.
How do I opt-out of text messaging?
You can reply “STOP” to any text message we send you or to the short code 89443 at any time to opt-out. This will prevent you from receiving future text messages unless you opt back in.
How do I opt back in?
If you have previously opted out and would like to opt back in, text “JOIN” to short code 89443 at any time.
Are fees involved?
Message and data rates may apply. Depending on your text plan, you may be charged by your carrier.
