Who We Are
InterDent supports dental practices and professionals through thoughtful growth, operational excellence, and a commitment to lifelong care.
Built to Support the People Who Deliver Care
InterDent was built on a simple belief: when clinicians are supported, patients receive better care.
For more than 30 years, we've partnered with dentists, hygienists, and dental teams to remove the everyday obstacles that get in the way of great clinical work so they can focus on what they do best. Our experienced leadership team oversees a growing network of practices across multiple states, united by a shared commitment to clinical excellence, professional fulfillment, and the kind of patient relationships that last a lifetime.

Founded by Clinicians. Focused on You.
Clinical skill is the foundation of great patient care, but the best work happens when great clinicians are equally well supported. InterDent was founded by dentists who built the kind of environment they wished they'd had—and that founding philosophy still shapes how we operate today.
Across our Gentle Dental, Capitol Dental Care, and Blue Oak Dental brands, we've built practices where professionals can focus on patients without getting lost in the administrative side of dentistry. Whether you're early in your career or a seasoned practitioner, you'll find teams that are engaged, leadership that listens, and a culture that takes both clinical quality and personal well-being seriously.
