After receiving her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the Government Dental College and Hospital in Mumbai, Dr. Kote was accepted to the University of the Pacific, where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery.
When asked what drew Dr. Kote to dentistry, she said “I feel fortunate to be an oral health care provider where I get a chance to bring happiness to my patients’ lives by helping them restore and maintain their oral health.”
Dr. Kote says her favorite part of dentistry is getting to know her patients and their particular needs, and giving them their beautiful smiles.
Outside of Dentistry, Dr. Kote enjoys visiting new places, trying new cuisines, and exploring nature in her leisure time.

Dr. David Kang believes patient education is a critical component in successful treatments. He always spends time with his patients going over details of diagnosis and prognosis based on clinical evaluations and research studies recommending evidence-based treatments. All of his patients and referring doctors complement and appreciate him for his great chair-side manner!
After graduating from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Dr. Kang received his M.S. in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University. He completed his dental degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and his Masters degree in Endodontics from the Harvard University School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Kang grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina and worked as a computer engineer at IBM before he joined the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland for his master’s degree in Biotechnology.

Dr. Sohrabi says, “I love creating beautiful smiles that spark joy and confidence in my patients!”
Dr. Sohrabi is a Board Certified Orthodontist. He completed his training at University of Washington’s prestigious Orthodontics Department, earning a Master of Science in Dentistry and a Certificate in Orthodontics. Previously, he attended Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Boston, where he also earned a Master of Medical Sciences and a Certificate in Dental Public Health. He also speaks Farsi.
He has published extensively in scholarly journals. Dr. Sohrabi’s Harvard thesis was published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. He serves on several editorial and advisory boards, including the editorial board of the Oral Health and Preventive Dentistry. He is also a reviewer for the American Journal of Orthodontics, European Journal of Orthodontics, British Dental Journal and Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
In his free time, Dr. Sohrabi loves traveling, hiking, biking and skiing in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

ABOUT ME
Dr. Moawad loves helping his patients realize new smiles as he gets to know them and their families. The lasting relationships he has created with each patient are one of the many reasons why dentistry is his passion.
He earned his dental degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He obtained his Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry at the Medical College of Georgia and his Certificate and Master of Science in Orthodontics at the University of Kentucky.
Dr. Moawad has been in practice for almost 20 years, during which time he has also served as an Assistant Professor in Orthodontics at the Oregon Health Sciences University and the University of California at San Francisco. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists.
