The Gentle Dental Smile Plan is perfect if you don’t have dental insurance and offers significant savings. The plan has no waiting period, involves no paperwork, and covers all pre-existing conditions.
You can enroll as an individual, couple or family and receive significant discounts on preventative services including exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and x-rays, as well as a host of other dental services. All other services including specialty care such as extractions, root canals, and orthodontics are discounted 20% from our list prices.
The Smile Plan is effective immediately and there are no claim forms to fill out and no maximums. Seniors 62 and older receive additional discounts on enrollment fees and parents can keep children on their family plan until age 26.

Dr. Tsen says, “Every patient deserves thoughtful and compassionate care. I love helping people improve their smile and I will always do what is in the best interest of my patient.”
After graduating from Cornell University with a B.S. in Biochemistry, Dr. Tsen received his Dental Degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He completed his Residency at the University of Rochester Strong Memorial Hospital. To keep abreast of cutting edge technology, he’s a member of the Academy of General Dentistry.
Away from the office, Dr. Tsen likes hiking, travel and is always on a quest for great new restaurants.

ABOUT ME
Dr. Moawad loves helping his patients realize new smiles as he gets to know them and their families. The lasting relationships he has created with each patient are one of the many reasons why dentistry is his passion.
He earned his dental degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He obtained his Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry at the Medical College of Georgia and his Certificate and Master of Science in Orthodontics at the University of Kentucky.
Dr. Moawad has been in practice for almost 20 years, during which time he has also served as an Assistant Professor in Orthodontics at the Oregon Health Sciences University and the University of California at San Francisco. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists.
Dr. Moawad says, “In my free time enjoy playing tennis and basketball, skiing, hiking, boating and fishing.”

About Me
Dr. Amini’s philosophy is to provide outstanding care while working with his patients to establish a comprehensive treatment plan. As a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon he appreciates his role in providing pain relief to his patients through often complex surgical procedures. He believes strongly in communicating with his dental colleagues to coordinate optimal care for his patients.
Dr. Amini has a special interest in dental implants, bone grafting, and wisdom teeth extractions. He received his D.D.S. from Tehran University and practiced as a general dentist in Iran for four years. After moving to America, he graduated from the Boston University School of Dental Medicine and was awarded his D.M.D. Dr. Amini then pursued his passion for surgery at Drexel University where he later received his M.D. Upon completion of a two year General Surgery residency, he continued his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency training at Allegheny General Hospital.
After fourteen years of post-graduate training, Dr. Amini moved to Washington State to practice the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He’s a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons among many others. Away from his practice, Dr. Amini enjoys skiing, tennis, and relaxing with his family.
